View Full Version : Long Term EQII Recurring Monthly Subscription ... It just "EXPIRED" .. why?

<p>This account has had a long term recurring EQII monthly subscription being paid by my debit card. There have never been any issues.</p><p>This morning (UK time) I log in and all my items are de-equipped, and it seems I have been "converted" to a F2P account.</p><p>What happened?</p><p>I have gone in and manually resubscribed to F2P Gold level (which I assume is what the subscription should have been automatically converted to).</p><p>But is there some bug here? <p>Same here and I'm a US player. EQ2 subscriber for 7+ years with hardly a hiccup. 8 hours ago I was playing my beastlord. This morning my toons are locked or crippled with silver restrictions including my raiding toons. <p>Open support tickets and post your incident numbers.  I am not in the office yet but I will check in on them as soon as I get there.</p>
