View Full Version : My gold account was just locked

<p><span>I bought AoD and have a recurring memphership and was crafting in Frostfell just a few hours ago. I just logged back in, my toons are locked, and the toon I logged into had all her armor removed and bags locked as though she were silver. After all the problems I've been having with my silver accounts over the past couple of days, I don't need this on top of it. I already have 3 petitions in for other issues that no one has answered.</span></p>

Same thing, I logged in an 3 of my toons are locked and found out that all of my gear was stripped and bank items locked. No one has responded to me and still waiting on this. I am a gold member, a monthly paid member and now this happened. I am not able to play on my days off so this is not good.

<p>I just logged into my acct that has been Gold level since the day this game launched.</p><p>My lvl 90 raid char is naked.. all her gear is in her bags and it says I have a SILVER sub!!!</p><p>Do I need to log back in and do /petition (that wouldnt work for me the last petition i tried to do ) 8(?</p><p>Edit.. dont know if its connected, but I was also crafting in Frostfell instance last night when i logged off, inside the instance.</p>

<p>If you are a former recurring EQII Live Subscriber please keep in mind that this has been discontinued.  You will need to select a new Everquest II Free-to-Play Membership plan.   This is technically a new product.</p><p>You may find that we have not charged you and your "Next Billing Date" just passed a day or two ago.</p>

You must authorize this purchase.  </p><p>$59.99 is the cost of the CE alone, not including a membership.</p>

<p>Do what? Why did it work the first 8 times I logged and swapped characters? Was this a live change that has happened is the last two hours? I was not made aware what after the expansion that everyone would have to re-sub....</p>

<p>Really strange, why didnt they just take normal renewing subs like myself and just make them gold members? People get leery of reordering, something they have been getting for years. Also sending an email so people wont be suprised by a sudden lock of their account. My recurring payment on my account shouldnt take place until the 14th, and everything has been working for the last day, so it seems strange. Thanks for the help Josh glad they have someone like you replying to the troubles fast.</p>

<p>My gold account shows as ACTIVE when I look at it, next rebill isn't until the 16th, and I'm locked as well.  Unlike the rest, what I get is a screen showing only ONE character (I had bought extra slots and had used all of them) who is grayed out and listed as a 'lvl 0 barbarian' with a message about the server being down.  The real odd thing is it's a character I deleted a while ago.</p><p>This is extremely frustrating, first I start crashing constantly, then after buying the expansion to make a beastlord I can't even play.</p><p>Note this is also affecting my second account, which is likewise showing as an active GOLD status and the same symptoms, although in this case it's my old DE paladin.  Please fix this!</p>
