Confused on recurring annual sub

<p>I'm confused on the new recurring subs.  Inside the game, it doesnt say that you are charged a higher fee upfront.  I went to the website and it does list it that you are charged:</p><p><span>$14.99</span> <span>/mo.$14.99 Billed Every 1 month</span></p><p><span>$12.99</span> <span>/mo.$38.97 Billed Every 3 months</span></p><p><span>$11.99</span> <span>/mo.$71.94 Billed Every 6 months</span></p><p><span>$9.99</span> <span>/mo.$119.88 Billed Every 12 months</span></p><p>What happened to the goodies/perks for paying more upfront?  You get nothing.  Every recurring level lists the same thing:  silver membership (already have) & 500 SC.  Where's the mount, cloak, etc?</p><p>If I buy a one month, three month or twelve month recurring and get 500 SC does this mean that I cannot cancel it at the end of the month (before the charge to the credit card)?  Are they giving the SC bonus bc you are paying cash for the sub, instead of SC?</p><p>Also, I have an account that has never subbed to EQ2.  It does have a silver membership from EQ2x & never played EQ2 regular until the free to play conversion.  Previously, if DOV was added, I would get 30 days of sub time bc it was considered a "new account".  Is this still going to work?</p>

<p>  Check /claim, there is a welcome back box with a 70% speed ring, makes the mount kind of useless.  You get a better price,  if things don't work out for me in another game that will be released shortly, I will be back and pay a year, 500 SC a month, pretty much means the sub is costing me 5$ a month.  Great deal...</p><p>  A new account usually means a new account,  no way around it, they are usually quite stiff on that point.</p>
