<p>I have a support ticket that's approaching 36 hours old in a few hours, and I was wondering if they continue to answer them over the weekend?  It's a bug that's actually preventing me from being able to play, and chat support said they saw the problem but they had to escalate it to somebody else around noon yesterday.  Then it got an auto update saying they think they'd fixed it this morning, but I checked and nope, not fixed.  I replied that it wasn't fixed earlier this morning, and haven't heard anything back all day.</p>
