Additional Character Slot - help

<p>I purchased an Additional Character Slot while on test server and created a beastlord.  After a Patch that took place on 12/08, my additional slot was locked *locking a character*</p><p>Now I petitioned well over 24 hours ago and not even a generic email was sent, saying its being looked into!  How long should I wait for? Or do I need to call the CS phone number?</p>
