All my characters are missing and un-named server says locked

<p>I'm not sure if I am asking this in the right spot - so feel free to point me in the right direction.  From my understanding the hot fix from this morning is complete and the servers are back up.  However, when I log in to my account all my characters are missing except one that is locked and listed as a level 0 Barbarian on server (server name is blank - all my toons were on Oasis) locked. </p><p>Not sure where to start to get this problem resolved.</p><p>NM - Opened an account support ticket through accounts/billing so hopefully it will get resolved through there.</p>

<p>In the meantime, go ahead and delete your <accountname>_characters.ini and the LoginCache folders from your EQII game folder.  This will force a refresh of your character select information.</p>

<p>Well i had been having problems with the old station launcher not updating automatically, so I had downloaded the new launcher, but had been running the game directly from the Everquest 2 Application - which I noticed was bypassing the launcher all together.  So I tried running the game normally from my desktop shortcut again just now, got the launcher auto-update - logged in through the launcher and everything works fine now.</p><p>Thanks for your help!</p>

<p>Morning,</p><p>I have a similar problem</p><p>I have no chars listed on Char select Screen - it just asks me to create one</p><p>Have tried deleting Char ini files and login chaches, but doesnt seem to work</p><p>Not sure its a result of an odd set up I might have on my system. Ie Ive always had to accept terms and conditions twice on my PC, one for EU & oncce for US.
