<p>TSR-JoshuaM,</p><p>I'm not a big fan of SOE lately. I don't know any of you, never met any of you. I judge you all (unfairly I suppose) by our interactions over the internet. You are the only person from SOE whom I'd buy a beer for, and not dump it over their head.</p><p>It's been a rough week for you guys. Look at you though. Look at you tackling these problems, helping these folks one by one. There's a lot of PO'd (and rightfully so) folks in here trying to get some help. You've handled it with a good bit of grace and a good attitude. I hope your efforts are noticed by someone besides me.</p><p>Thank you.</p><p>Now go figure out this latest crash issue.</p><p>-Miz</p>

<p>Definitely the Hardest working man at SoE - and if you don't believe it just look at the Dev/Soe Post tracker! He saves my bacon quite constantly plus has to put up with way too much BS - thank you indeed!!</p>

<p>Think I've detected about four to six hours when he doesn't post.</p><p>Prolly deserves about an 8 week paid vacation, but in my extremely selfish opinion, not until the game is playable for everyone again... which hopefully doesn't mean he'll never get it.</p>

<p>TSR-JoshuaM has helped me a lot.  Only once directly, but I follow the tech support threads, and his discussions with other players have helped me understand the game a lot better so I could do my own tweaking and troubleshooting.  Not only is he great with technical help, but I see he's also presently helping subscribers understand when and under what circumstances they'll receive 500 SC per month, which is not a technical issue.  Josh-of-all-trades, I reckon.  Mr M is an asset to EQ2. </p>
