I'm finding the game unplayable since the patch. I keep crashing over and over and over again. Sometimes I'm fine for about 30 minutes, and other times I can't even play for 2 minutes before crashing. I was having some crash issues before the patch, but nowhere near this often. I've noticed that most often I'm crashing at the exact moment that I run up to an enemy and attack it. That's when I crash 80% of the time. But I've also crashed while just afk'ing in Halas.I was adviced in game to turn off Shader 3.0. So I did, but now I can't get into the game at all. We have quite a few reported issues with the latest ATI drivers. I do recommend downgrading to 11.2 or earlier and trying again. Let me know how it works out.

Alright so I reverted to the 11.2 drivers you mentioned. I can enter the game again now (yay!) and it crashes much less frequently, but I am still crashing. It's happened 3 times now since I changed the drivers so I'd say I crash once every 45 minutes instead of every 10 minutes. I'm currently playing on Shader 1.0.

Reverting the driver should have eliminated any issues caused by the latest drivers so these crashes might have a different cause.

There is a previous thread in this forum that also talks about crashing as i am one of them. Alot of people have found disbaling Shader 3.0 in the options have helped. Like I said previously, I haven't been using Shader 3.0 all the time. I've still had crashes.I'm also still crashing since the patch. I'm using Shader 1.0. I admit it's not as often, but I do crash every couple of hours. Everquest is the only game I'm having issues with.
