Missing Characters

<p>Hello,</p><p>I logged in today, first time in months, and only one of my characters is showing. There is only one on the list, and it is a low level character that I rarely played. What happened to my other characters? I see no other options but to buy an additional character slot.</p><p>Thanks</p>
