Returning Player - All characters locked

<p>I can understand not being able to make new characters without purchasing a subscription or the class/race packs.. but If you wanted people to come back to play, You might want to make it so they can play the characters they had already made and paid for at one time. All of my characters are locked due to not having purchased the appropriate class/race combo pack.</p>

All of my characters are locked due to not having purchased the appropriate class/race combo pack.</p></blockquote><p>We granted free slots (though there has been issues and we're fixing those affected) to accomodate active subscribers at the time of the conversion.  The deadline was on 11/10 I believe.  If you weren't a subscriber then you didn't get all the cool free stuff.</p>

<p>This account was a subscriber, say... over a year ago. Does this mean that I wont be able to play any of those characters again? Or should I just give it time?</p>
