Crafting Apprentice bugged?

<p>Just as the subjet says. Crafting Apprentices are buged, not for everyone. I set up and did the crafting daily for my Othmir on 13 characters, over 26 hours ago. None of them are being offered a crafting quest for today. As helpful as the 1-9 chat on my server is 1 person replyed and said his human apprentice gave him a daily. I was able to give my othmir a pep talk, to shave off 4 hours, but no crafting daily still... (been trying on and off for the past 2 hours). I have also reloged a few times, to no effect....</p><p>Any sugestions? or am I just that lucky?</p>

<p>28 hours later after completeing daily, and still no new quest is being offered....</p><p>So much for getting any server firsts from this expansion....</p>

<p>Sorry every time I try to open a petiton in game it laughs at me and nothing works. Someone said post on the forums for help, I was unaware I had to go through 50 steps to get some help in the game ><</p><p>Soon as I can find where to send a petition form on your lovely forums I will.</p>
