Dungeon Maker booster pack not giving the items

<p>I bought a dungeon maker booster from the marketplace, and I only recieved 5 of the items. (The ones with the "Limited" tag). The other items I was supposed to recieve were not added into my inventory, or my DM Toolbox. I have also noticed now that I can't buy the boosters on the marketplace anymore, so I am not sure what the name of the booster I bought was.</p><p>Are the boosters unavailable to everyone currently? If so, when will they return?</p><p>Will I recieve the items I was supposed to get originally when I bought the pack?</p>
