View Full Version : Paid/Played EQ2 and EQ2X, but missing slots

<p>On EQ2 I had 11 character slots, all Filled. On EQ2X, I had 10 Slots All Filled. Yesterday, I thought I was missing some and opened support ticket, but later when I got home from work, all of them where there and playable. Customer Support said that only 7 character slots would be playable plus any extra purchased. I thought what ever.. not what I thought SmokeJumper said, but who cares, I can play all the characters I had access to before. Today I log in and now only 11 characters are playable 10 are locked.</p><p>So here is the question to GM's, Technical Support, Billing, SOE. Because I paid and played both your EQ2 and EQ2X models and also bought extra slots 7 on them.</p><p>Do I have access to all 21 of my characters like I thought SmokeJumper said or is Customer Support correct in that I only have access to my 11 characters or Should I only have access to 14 of my 21 characters?</p><p>Also, what will happen to the account time left on the subscriptions for both games before the merge happened?</p>
