Greetings Support,

I was running through some Dungeon Maker player made Dungeons, when I got to the end and realized I didn't see a portal. Thinking this was a fluke, I loaded up a dungeon of my own and tried to place an object when I realized mine didn't render either. I logged out and did a Verify Assets in the LP4 and tried again. Still no go. Any ideas?

Oh yeah, and fully downloaded. Nothing is streaming or downloading, no transfer rates appear on my screen or downloading occurs before I click play.

Is Verify Assets the "Full File Scan" of old?

I should also mention that I rendered them fine in Beta - so I know my system is capable.

Your system is just where we are starting to dig in to. Its not impossible that an asset didnt make it over or a repository has an issue across the board. Let me do more testing on this externally and we'll revisit it in the morning.

Happy Thursday Joshua!

Any word on if these assets were overlooked in the repository? I should also let you know it is not limited to the portals for entrance or exit, but ALL objects inside the Dungeon Maker Tool.

Did you do the validate game assets option?

Yes, I have tried multiple times.

Is there a file that would contain these models that I can delete to force it to attempt to download the entire file again?

I too have this issue, and I too use the streaming launcher. I also had it validate assets and it said everything is good. I just downloaded and installed the full asset launcher, and guess what, installing 2,881 mb of stuff. Could this be the missing files that the streaming launcher is missing? I will keep you updated as soon as it's finished installing.

Yup, installed full asset version of the version 4 launcher and that fixed it. So the streaming launcher isn't aware that 2,881 mb were missing as it reported that all assets were their and was not stream installing or downloading while playing. Looks like the streaming launcher is the issue.
