Launch pad issue - won't update

<p>When I go to download the new launch pad from the link provided I get the message "Due to your account settings, this installer in unable to write to C:program files(x86)SonyEverquest II"  If I go to start the game from the eq2.exe file I get an old launcher (v1.75).  I've also deleted my eq2 extended files.  </p><p>How can I get this to work??????</p><p>Thanks for any help</p>
