Dungeon creator not working

<p>Hi!</p><p>So I'd like a legitimate response to why my housing leaderboards aren't working.  They haven't worked since being initially put in.  There were a few threads about it that I followed and attempted to fix using the suggested fixes, which included deleting some file that never fully redownloaded (asset1.vdb).  And now, after spending 40 bucks for hardly any new content, but some exciting new content i.e. dungeon creating, come to find out that the same software for housing leaderboards is being used for dungeon creator!! </p><p>I would desperately like a legitimate effort from someone to try to explain to me what, if anything, I can do to fix this problem.  I'd even consider reinstalling eq2 at this point.</p><p>Or if I can't fix it, I would plead desperately with Sony to fix it so that I'm not missing out on a significant amount of content, that up until now, I've just quietly brooded about.</p><p>Thanks.</p>

<p>First lets be clear about whats not working.</p><p>What are you trying to do, what happens when you try to do it, and what was supposed to happen?</p>

<p>When I load housing leaderboards OR dungeon maker, the window that pops up is either faded out with little content (with housing leaderboards, i can see the stars, on the right hand side of the window but can't see anything else) or it's completely black (in the case of the dungeon maker).</p><p>So either way, when the window opens, I can't do  anything with it.  I can't see what the housing leaderboards look like (other than the stars as mentioned above) and now I can't build a dungeon.  I can't click on ANYTHING in the window because I can't SEE anything.  The only thing I can do with the windows are open them.  And close them.</p><p>I assume what's supposed to happen is i'm supposed to have some sort of content that I can click on.  Or read.  Or look at pretty pictures.  Something other than a blanked out window.</p>

<p>Can you rename the UI folder anyways just to rule out any file issues?  Let it patch it fresh.</p>

<p>yea i did and low and behold, the windows loaded - i swear i tried that before and it didn't work but now it's working apparently.. any idea on what i need to mod/delete/acquire to allow the default windows to run or is fixing mods outside your purview?</p>
