Have Character Transfer Token, can't use.

<p>As the title says. I had a token in my bag waiting for me to use and when I try to use it, it tells me that I need a month to month subscription. However, when i look at my account, it says I have a gold membership and I'm on a RECURRING subscription. That means......month to month. Also, when I try to petition this in game, it won't allow me to because there are no categories listed in the drop down. Bleh.</p>
