Launcher stuck while downloading today's patch

<p>Hi all.</p><p>I downloaded and ran the new patcher successfully.  But downloading the update today is a problem.  it started downloading ok but it is now "stuck" or "frozen".  The update has stopped at 350 mb of 880 MB and it refuses to download any further.  I can't play the game until this update is applied.  Is anyone else expericing this problem, and if so, is there a way to fix it?  I am plenty upset cuz I am thrilled that the game has gone F2P but the patcher is not very good.</p><p>Jared</p>

<p>There are a few steps you can try to start off.</p><p>To start, if your EQII game folder is located in Program Files, Program Files (x86), or ProgramData, I do recommend relocating it to the UsersPublic folder instead.</p><p>Next, disable any firewall, antivirus, or internet security software (anything that may restrict web based content).</p><p>Restart the Launchpad and see if it will proceed past that point.  If not, click the Tools button and take delete the file it is getting stuck on from your EQII game folder.  There is always potential for a file to not arrive intact so we can rule that out as well.</p>
