Leader-only looting broken

<p>When looting is set to leader-only, the loot window has a dropdown menu that lists all players in the raid. Currently (since the downtime), that dropdown menu is constantly resetting. It's practically impossible to scroll down to select players at the bottom of the list.</p><p>This also happens with the default UI, and happens to all others in the raid who tried it. Suffice to say, this is a very annoying bug.</p>

<p>I'm having a looting issue also, can't loot anything or pick up shiny's on any toon.</p>
