Ok, I have two All Access accounts. Both have been set to silver membership? Why?

I don't understand why they aren't gold for EQ2. I've been paying more than 15 bucks a month for years, and now I don't get gold access?

I would like clarification on how the All Access accounts are affected by this F2P change.

Can I get an answer to my question in the above post? Or a link to where the answer lies?

I understand you are busy, but this is rather important considering the amount of money I've spent on these All Access accounts.

For everyone with the similar concerns as myself... I found this in the knowledge base under EverQuest II free-to-play FAQ

"10. I have an All Access membership. What does this mean for EverQuest II?Being an All Access member you will receive the premium Gold level membership. However, Gold access is only available while you have an active All Access subscription.'

Now, I want to know why I received an email telling me my accounts were "upgraded to Silver Membership".

The account can have silver and your paid membership on it at the same time. This is done so if your gold drops off you revert to silver.

If you are an All Access Game pass subscriber then you have gold membership
