<p>I understand that these things happen, however, after reading this forum and seeing everyone being directed to Customer Service, I opened up the live chat and waited over an hour to talk to someone.</p><p>Only to be told "it's a known issue and we can't do anything about it, wait for an update".</p><p>Seriously? We're told to contact customer service to have these things FIXED, not to be brushed off! </p><p>So who do I have to talk to in order for this to be resolved? Or is there truly no fix and you're just running us in circles?</p><p>UPDATE: This has been resolved. Thank you to the person who actually addressed my concerns via email. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
