It was my understanding that all Extender accounts were going to be converted to silver memberships automatically. Is this not the case? Mine hasn't been. And if it's not the case, that's cool, I just want to know before I go buying anything.

Additionally, I was playing for a little bit before AoD was released and everything was converted. I was playing on an account that I was subscribed to years previous. So I had higher level chars on that account that I wasn't able to access, because I hadn't purchased the class and race packs. So I rolled a new toon. Now, I can see the chars I didn't have access to and still don't (again, haven't paid for anything) but they seem to be taking up my character slots, where as before yesterday I was still able to create another character if I wanted. Is this the way it's suppose to be? I hadn't planned on buying more character slots and I really don't want to delete those high level characters.

The silver membership conversion was for existing subscribers for EQII Live, not extended.

Contact our support staff directly for the character slot issues.

Previous EverQuest II subscribers who did not have an active subscription during the Free-to-Play conversion will automatically be converted to a Silver membership. Certain restrictions are placed on this membership level. (Click here to find out more.)

I can't find where to click for the restrictions though, lol

I just got an email saying my acct was upgraded to "silver"??? Why is this,, I have paid for the DoV xpac, and I pay for my monthly subscription with a game card. Why is my account not "gold" status?

Ok, just got off the phone with CS agent Joseph (who was very nice and helpful) and he said that the email I received is basically an email that has gone out to everyone who had a subsciption before they went F2P. So that means, according to him that my acct is un affected, I still have full access, and if I continue to pay my monthly with a game card I will still have gold access,, whew!!! thats a relief! And Thank you for the clarification

Certainly hoping the Ex-Subscribers-only-having-Bronze bug can be solved soon.

In addition to that: our Ex-Subscribe Accounts hava all Test Server Slots locked. All, not even the two Bronze ones are unlocked. Test was is our main server, so pls take a look into that issue? I'll pm account names if needed.

Thanks.

I already submitted 2 support tickets and waiting on those, but posting to let people know, who might be in the same situation, they're not alone.

I've got 2 All Access members ships, both with previous subscriber EQ2 status as well, and both of these accounts are being treated as Bronze, not Gold. I can't even see my previous characters, much less play them.
