<p>I log in only to see one of my characters is locked and says exceeds limits. I am also missing a character slot. I deleted a low toon last week to make room for the BL toon and now that slot is gone. I have a gold recurring membership and thought we got the keep all of our toons and slots. I've been holding forever for customer service.</p>
