Missing characters AFTER restart

<p>I have what is now known as a Gold membership, I had 7 characters prior to this....mess now 3 are missing. Even though the " <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.soe.com/status/" target="_blank">www.soe.com/status/</a> "shows the Everfrost server as up my character select screen states the server is down.</p><p>My station account name is *******.</p><p>I don't know whether or not it would be safe to play the one character I can access.</p>

<p>Please be careful with the station names, we can pull them based on your forum handle but we don't want people outside SOE knowing them!</p>

<p>I am also missing all my old characters from the previous 'pay' servers.  I was a silver member on freeport and those characters are saying I need the race pack & are locked.    My wife's account, all the characters show up.. but they are all locked saying "need race pack" or "over character limit".. she only has 7 characters.  We both purchashed all expansions up to sentenials<sp> fate.  Both had silver accounts on extended.  She recently played using the '3 day' pass, purchashed a medium guild hall on GUK & dumped a lot of plat into it so she would not be over the limit we it went free. </p><p>I submitted tickets for us both. </p>
