Beyond character limit - account confusion?

<p>Hello - I'm a casual player with three accounts.  They were all the same before this expansion/merger.  Each has a credit card with month to month recurring billing.  Each has 7 characters on 'regular' PVE servers...IE no bazaar or eqx or EU etc.  I've never bought character slots.  But as of today, each of them only show two characters that aren't 'greyed out'.  The greyed out characters all say 'This character is beyond your current character limit.'  When I check my account it shows the credit card info and lists it as a Gold account, with the next payment date in January.</p><p>I've been searching the forums and it would seem that my membership level would be 7 characters.  I didn't see anything about having to re-subscribe.  Am I missing something?  Do I have to reset my payment information or opt in for Gold membership in some other way?</p>

<p>its cause of the servers being down , just wait until they come back up and you will be able to play all your characters</p>

<p>there's about 5 bazillion posts already sayin whats goin on. they had a LOT of accounts to move around with the F2P changeover and it has everyone's account showing some type of error. most everyone is showing locked toons and some are showing that they need to subscribe to play even though they have been for years. its all in the update and should be straightened out when the servers come back up.</p>
