We can't access the server status window, how can we know that the program is not faulty and that the game is going? When I load the game, it's still said it's locked?

It's been over a full days they've been patching! Don't they test this to have a smooth roll out? I keep hearing 'due to unforseen errors' from support. Well if it had been tested first there would have been no unforseen errors.

I have a paying account like many people out there. Will we be credited the 2 days we're loosing for not having the game?

", to simply "READ the EULA" (which I frankly never have as it is a contract of adhesion (i.e. "Take it or Leave it"). There have been instances of "time extensions" but as I recall with the exception of the recent hack of numerous SOE accounts across multiple platforms which actually gave us a free month that restarted our billing cycle, all other time "refunds" were couched as "to be added to the end of your last billing "i.e., when you were quitting paying such as to cancel your account you would get some more days thrown on at the end (like that's when you REALLY want more time, when you are quitting).

Due to combining:

1) Roll out of a new expansion

2) Mandatory switch to a new launcher system (which despite the condescending comments of SOE personnel and some other players is not intuitive nor simple to do and apparently can result in unintended reloading of 13gigs of the game and which I am sure is putting a strain on all of their servers, peoples computer storage and patience).

3) Change to "Free-to-Play" (which also apparently affects the billing system and it's interface with the launcher - Though I cannot get into the game I can currently get to a character select screen which shows that characters I am sure I should be entitled to have based on my account and additional character slots I have paid for with REAL MONEY are locked as being "beyond my limit" - which I have read others are also experiencing).

They appear to have created a Trifecta or if you prefer Perfect Storm of problems that will likely make this "lump of coal" early Christmas Present of downtime.

That's if they haven't broken it entirely this time.
