New Launch Pad conflicting with second account

<p>Good evening, I know your busy, so hopefully after the dust settles either this is fixed or you can help me.  Before you went down at midnight yesterday, I was having issues running my second account on the same computer.  I run the new launch pad, it asks for ID and password, I put it in, then i try to run it again, second launch pad, second account, second character in game, and it boots my first one out.     The accounts just bounce back and forth and doesn't allow me to have both characters in game at the same time from my computer.      Can you tell me why this might be happening? Think it will get fixed tomorrow? Thanks for the help.</p><p>Edit: This has worked for 3 years before the new launcher, it is definitely the new launcher for me.</p>
