Pre-Order Cancelled but funds available?

<p>Umm, I just got an e-mail saying my pre-order for the Collector's Edition of AoD was cancelled. The contents of the mail are:</p><p>Due to a payment method billing failure we are unable to complete the pre-order you placed on 12/5/11, for the Age of Discovery - Collector's. As a result, your pre-order has been cancelled and your access to the game or expansion has been revoked</p><p>I checked my account. I have over $60 in the account. What's going on with this?</p>

<p>I'm about to go ballistic. Not only has SOE taken my money for the pre-order but now they are saying my current pass is not active and shut me out of the game. More than a little unhappy here.</p>

<p>well that  was intresting pay 89$ then get a rebate of 30$   why doesn't Soe get off there high bleep and just offer the  CE  for pre order price on release date  save me alot of  stress</p><p>and yes im now verry mad now  this happened with DOV CE now AoD CE</p>
