<p>Ok, I get that "Gold" members get refunded for race-packs bought in the past 60 days.But my buddy is <em>not a gold member, </em>he's F2P, but he recently unlocked the dark elf and the ranger class.Now, he's got $7.50 sitting in his SC account.Is this a refund? Does he have to repurchase the character?What's going on?</p>
