ERROR

<p>nm turned off  anti virus and firewall and it works</p>

<p>then i hit  check   to see if it all downloaded  it deleted  my eq2  now reinstalling it from  0mb 14gb to go</p>

<p>finished redownloading  eq2 from  no install</p><p> ok  few hrs ago i fixed the  error by turning off my ani virus and fire wall  and  had the play buttion light up. yay !!  so i then did in advance  tools the validate  game content  button.  pushing that buttion  made the game uninstall 100%.  so no more pak or music  folder or any other folder then it started to do a FULL install  14gb download !!</p><p>i since  turned off my firewall and reinstalled from scratch  all 14gb  took afew hrs (4ish) now i goit it downloaded again and waiting on  servers</p><p>ps this launcher is  in need of a beta test for a month  not   6 days    its worse than the flash  and i should know i had mega problems with the flash one</p>

Could I get more detail about your system (OS, etc.)?</p><p>The underlying installing/patching part of this LaunchPad has been stable for over a year and is in place for every SOE game (including those on the PlayStation 3 and Mac OS X).  I'd say it is pretty reliable.  What has changed for LP4 is the UI presentation which was changed from a Flash-based app to a WebKit-based app.  It has some issues that we are still shaking out.  It has had extensive use internally, but it is holding up pretty well.  I don't think your issues are coming from that though.</p><p>If you don't want to go through the forums, you can contact me directly at <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> to get more detailed information so that we can track this issue down.</p><p>-dan</p>
