<p>That 100% is perfectly normal.  It just means that we have disabled the functionality in our router to respond to pings.</p><p>If its 1%-99% that will typically indicate a problem, 100%'s are normal with corporate network appliances that are not part of an external routing path.</p><p>Go ahead and open a support ticket.  Include your DXDIAG/MSINFO files so that we can review.  Also, describe the entire issue just in case another representative gets a hold of it before I do.</p><p>In the meantime, if you are using a wireless, go ahead and hard wire directly to your modem and test the performance again.  It can really help us identify where the issue is originating.</p>
