Launch Game = Instant Crash

<p>When I start station launcher it will take me to where I can click "Launch Game." After clicking on launch game, the screen will turn black and I can see the EQ2 pointer. Then it gives me the message, "EQ2 client application has encountered a problem and needs to close." I have read many different answers on how to fix this problem but am not that computer literate and need some help.  Please, I am ready to play!</p>
