<p></p><p>I installed the new launch pad the day you released it and was able to log in just fine. Then today I got my beta invite so I installed it and logged into it with no problem. Then I tried to log into live so I could copy my character across but I can't connect to the login server. I've tried several times and I've reset my modem but still nothing.</p><p>Any suggestions?</p>
