<p>Preamble</p><p>Based in the Uk, and on adsl</p><p>Have two seperate accounts, running on a vista 64 machi9ne and a win 7 64 machine</p><p>Untill a week or so ago, both machines/accounts were running fine with no issues at all - not just in eq2 but in all other games etc.</p><p>Then a bug appeared - every time any character, on any account zones - you go straight to the character select screen - You can log back in after two minutes, and the game is fine untill you zone again - then back to character select.</p><p>So - things tried so far - reset router - a netgear wnr2000, and checked all leads and connections. Spoke to a tech support chap from SOE by live chat - once he understood the problem, he suggested that we try deleting cache and character specific files... having a spare windows machine hanging around I installed EQ2 on that and tried the game - same thing, every zone, crash to character select</p><p>SO - any suggestions please?</p><p>I stress that untill a week or so ago there were no problems at all....</p>
