Warrior: Reversal - Why so bad?!?!

<p>Reversal is a very old skill now, it only procs every 30 seconds And it kind of blows, it only parses about 1400 threat perr second (with 18 AAs into the skill.) And only about 70 DPS.</p><p>It used to be like En Guarde, but I think En Guarde Removed its limit on how many times it can proc.</p><p>I think Reversal should be the same, On a successful Melee Attack 10% Chance, 15% chance to Proc on Combat Arts, 25% Chance to proc when blocked, 25% Chance to proc on riposte, 25% Chance to proc on Parry, 25% Chance to proc when parried, 25% chance to proc when you block.</p><p>Remove the shield requirement as well.</p>

<p>Usually annoying, sometimes right.  I think you are the latter this time.</p><p>Something has to be done about most classes' Subclass trees.  They are truly horrendous and outdated at this point in time.</p>
