bought game, but no free time.

<p>hi i bought the game today in disc and it says it comes with free game time but its not showing :/ i dident buy a gamecard because of the free 30 days, my account was a trial be4 i bought the game, does this mean i have to buy a game card now? my ever quest extended is active but normal everquest is closed:/</p>

I am not positive, but I think you may not be eligible for the free time if you played a trial. The game is going free to play within the next few weeks too. If nobody else can help you maybe try calling their customer support.

<p>Usually you have to enter subscription information (cc or other) before your free time kicks in...you won't be charged (or 30-day game card won't kick in) until the free time is up...but you actually have to put in the sub information.</p>
