reopening after a year troubles

<p>I get to the log in screen and beyond only to get a screen telling me that client doesnt match server to rerun patcher. How do I fix this please.</p>

<p>Please make sure you are using our latest LaunchPad and running it as an admin.  I do recommend the Full install version and you can install it right on top of your existing EQII game folder to avoid re-downloads of the game files.  To run as admin, once installed, right-click the game icon and select properties.  Click the Compatibility tab and check the box on the bottom next to Run this program as an Administrator. </p><p><a href="http://launch.soe.com/eq2" target="_blank">[EQII] LaunchPad</a></p>
