<p>Hi, I tried to access an old account to pre order AoD to use with my existing account which has already pre ordered and wanted to play them together in the new Xpac, I had no luck signing in to the old account even though I had the pass word and secret question etc it said it was locked for my protection, I submitted this to SOE.support and received a number 111124-000811 and an email asking specific questions all of which I could answer apart from the credit card last 4 digits as that card was cancelled during the SOE hacking saga BUT it said to reply I should click the links and that link just takes me to the sign in page for that account and it gives the locked message again! a bit frustrating TBH, living in Australia phoning to talk to someone around the world is not really practical and I cant log into chat support on that account as it goes via sign in page which is locked even if I could work the time zones out!,if you could take a look and unlock this I would appreciate it ( I did reply to the e-mail with the answers but not sure if any action has been taken because I couldnt use the link just replied via my email) thanks.</p>
