There's a few updates you may need to run. First, visit your motherboard/system manufacturer's website to see if they have an updated driver for your Intel onboard video device.Update DX9 to it's latest revision. Please download and run the file linked in the article below. This is a self-extracting executable file that will prompt you to select a folder for extraction. Create a folder on your desktop and direct it to that folder. Still having issues, NEtframework error will not complete the install all other updates worked ok. Went to intell and got some updates but the video stated I had a custom type driver and installing the standard driver might create issues. went to gateway to look for updates for my video but vista is the only operating system that came with the unit so windows7 is not listed in the drop down menu.after all the downloads I tried to open streaming game eq2 and received an unrecovery errorG:liveeq2frameworkrenderDDSTexture.ccp(240):!"unknown DDS Texture flags" 00db484bMean anything more?
