<p>Hello. I bought my friend the Complete Collection this Black Friday. He installed it and everything, but when he clicks to launch the game, it says Reactivate in the corner, it takes him to the add a subscription page. He put in his 60-day time code that came in the box and it gave him the 500SC but it wont let him play. We click through again and it says he has the starter pack activated even though we put in the 60-day code. We tried again and it said that the code was only for new accounts, even though we check the payment history on his account and there isn't any. It still won't let him play and only goes to the subscription matrix.</p>
