Can't purchase character transfer token

<p>I can't buy character transfer tokens from the marketplace, Account is 3 years old, is reccuring, toons level 90.</p>

<p>I am experiencing the same problem of not seeing the character transfer server tokens in the marketplace.  My account is nearly 5 years old, I have an active subscription, and have even bought character transfer server tokens in the past.  I want to take advantage of the promotion - but there seems to be a problem with the marketplace.</p>

<p>It looks like the additional 45 day SOE credited to my account is the cause of the problem which expires on 4 December before the next recurring payment.</p>

<p>The next challenge is to get CS to fix the problem before the promotion finishes.  Petitioned and waiting...</p>
