<p>Hi,</p><p>I have been trying to purhcase some SC since the last double cash weekend with no luck.  I am based in the EU and have tried several different credit cards.  My account was originally a GBP account however I now live in Ireland and also seem unable to change my billing currency despite being on the Euro now?</p><p>I have tried the original UK credit card to add funds as well as an Irish card to no avail.  I know both work as I used one of each to buy the expansion.</p><p>I have tried to purchase directly through the website and in the game and upon the last step I get an error in processing message?</p><p>How do I change my billing currency to match my new country and how can I purchase some SC?</p><p>Cheers</p>

<p>As advised I have contacted the support staff on this issue (live chat) and after a rather pointless exchange it would appear there is nothing wrong with my account but the issue must lie with my credit cards (all 5 of them I have tried now) this is despite being able to use two of them to buy the expansion.</p><p>Further to that, the suggested work around was to buy the game cards, which as I am sure you are aware are not widely stocked in the EU and unfortunately for me I have only been able to located anecdotely through other posts, which also happened to be in a different country.</p><p>Could you please look into my account in some further detail as it would appear there maybe a block on the account which the CS rep cannot access. </p><p>Just to note this effects 2 different accounts of mine.</p><p>Lastly, if the only option is to buy a game card to top up the account, can you please advise whether the ones with the Starwars logo will work with Everquest 2 as they are the only ones that seem to be out there for the EU?</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>Thanks for the swift response.</p><p>After reading some of the other posts and the issues surrounding gifting on annual subscriptions, I wonder if this is also an issue with purchasing SC.  Both of my accounts are annual subscriptions as well, so if that policy change was made around the time of the last double SC promotion then that could be the reason behind it.</p><p>I refuse to believe that there is an issue with 5 seperate credit cards, 2 of which I successfully purchased the expansion with.</p>
