Bazaar/Freeport transfer

<p>With the upcoming changes to the Bazaar server, will I be able to move a character I have there to a different server than Freeport? The usual character transfer method is fine, just hoping to finally free a character I really liked that is bound to Bazaar at the moment. Thanks.</p>

<p>The Bazaar and Freeport servers will merge, at that point you will have access to transfer tokens and can freely move about.</p>
