unable to Resub. Payment Error

<p>Last week my main  account   closed,  due to insufficient funds.  Everything  has been  taken care of on my end  but I still keep getting a payment error.   I can't even get on the forums  on my main account.   Not sure if i am missing anything.  please help.</p>
