They mentioned in the Freeport video that sales was going to release some expansion related information on Tuesday (yesterday). Maybe they delayed it.

Sooo we get no answers to questions for months leading to the "expansion".

Then we get a vague "We'll give you more information next week." answer.

Then when that week comes and passes we get a "Next Tuesday we'll give you more information!"

Now we get a "Oh, we didn't mean Tuesday, Thursday for sure this time."

Come on...did you really expect anything else from SoE?

What is a trickle of information now will quickly become a full fledge flood, Thursday is the current anticipated date for that flood gate to be open. It might only be a stream of information, but it "should" be more that we have gotten in the last few weeks. After which Open Beta will start and the Beta borads will be booming once again.

We're on the cusp, its coming, ready or not, it will be here soon.

If you ever thought SOE was interested in us you are mistaken (IMHO). At every turn it is about how can they squeeze the tiniest bit more money out of the game, not about what makes their players happy... at...every...turn. If those just so happen to coincide...yipee. Players being happy is a sometime byproduct of them wanting to make more money, not the other way around. If they don't think they will lose customers becuase of the delay in communication what do they care? Hasn't this been, and isn't it now, obvious?

What is funny is that people have been pointing these shortcomings out for a long time, and even suggesting different paths, but SOE never seems to take them.

How long have we complained about communication? Really. Ask yourself that. How long have we complained about communication? Has it ever changed? Do you think SOE cares about "alienating" us now all of a sudden?

How many other things have we complained about and offered solutions and or feedback? Itemization? QA and Testing? How far back do these complaints go?

Yet...there is always a group of people running to their (SOE) defense.

Putting off giving the customer base some basic info that has almost ALWAYS been available this close to release is really bad customer service (and this is putting it nicely). I'm usually pretty forgiving with SOE, as I've seen them go from their absolute worst to surprisingly decent customer relations in the last 10ish years.

But this situation is just making me downright angry. I, like many of you, have paid SOE for long periods of time for subscription, paid for multiple expansions and even purchased some Station cash. It's just plain disrespectful to keep putting this off. I can understand not wanting to give away specific beastlord info and so forth, but basic things like cost, whether past expansions will be included, etc??

Come on, folks! What's going on?
