Nybright Family faction...does it matter?

<p>Yes there is a title with it. </p><p>I want to say there was a merchant there also I want to say it was a PvP gear merch though so just on the red servers and you needed Qey or FP faction.  Other than that I dont remember anything with it.  They seemed kinda shady to me is it possable that you needed that faction for the black market brokers pre ROK?</p>
