Where are my toons?

<p>For some reason I had to patch about 6gigs tonight...after it was done I sign in through launchpad....</p><p>And it prompts me to create a charater. </p><p>Any ideas? I didn't delete any, nor change anything about my paid station access account. Please help</p>

<p>im not launching thru launchpad, im going thru eq2 launcher, but im having the same problems and i dont see where to change anything. what can i do ?</p>
