View Full Version : Bought additional character slots - didn't get them.

<p>Hi.About half an hour ago I bought 2 additional characterslots form the market, and I did so from the charactercreation screen.But I did not get any extra slots!</p><p>Checking my Station Cash payment history on the station website tells methe character slots were added to my old EQ2 Extended account instead,for some reason.</p><p>And yes ; I WAS logged into the regular EQ2 when buying them.</p><p>Please help. Time is money.</p>

<p>Please contact our support staff directly.  We can find out what happened with the purchased character slot and recover it for you.</p>

Time is money.</p></blockquote><p>not sure if it is the same at teh logon screen, but in game you get used to get a token in your inventory to right click</p>

<p>I contacted a TSR and told him about my problem.Apparantly it's a known issue,and he forwarded it to the billing department.</p><p>However, it has been two days and I still haven'theard from them, let alone got my character slots.</p><p>Sad face.</p>
