Thought my account was EQ2 Live, but it's extended? How do I get to Live?

<p>Hello,</p><p>This may seem crazy, but my wife's, and my account seem to both be switched to EQ2 Extended. We did not request to be in Extended, have been just regular Everquest2 subscribers for 6 years. We are confused as to how this happened, and want to get back to the regular EQ2, I think it is called Live now? We have no idea how long we have been in Extended. How can this be rectified? Confused.</p><p>Thank you!</p>

By any chance did you just reload the game or update the launcher?</p>

I had downloaded the wrong launcher :/</p><p>Thanks again!</p></blockquote><p>That was my guess too.</p><p>Xtended uses the same login and password, but a different launcher.</p><p>Otherwise it looks very much the same. Easy mistake to make.</p>
