Why isnt the expansion on Station Cash yet to purchase?

<p>I remember previous expansions the purchase being up a few months prior to release but its nearly November and nothing.  I might be wrong on the time though.</p><p>Will it go up on Station Cash any time soon?</p>

<p>it used to be , thats how i got it for my alt account.  i always thought it was still there i just couldnt see it cause my account was already flagged for it.</p>
